Graduate Info:

Unfortunately, if you are looking for information about graduating classes; accreditation and diplomas, we do not have any information to offer. Denise J, who passed away, was in charge of this department when the school closed down. If you are looking, you can either contact the Department of Education in Nevada or you might try John.

33. The Be-Attitudes

1. BE STRONG! Be strong enough to surround yourself with a strong supportive system. Find true friends to associate with and to rely upon. Remember that no one is an island; no one can stand alone.

2. BE CAREFUL to choose your friends and not wait around to be “chosen” by friends.

3. BE SMART! Learn to handle peer pressure by saying “No!” to what you know is not good for you and what is wrong! Remember, a “chicken” is a weakling who gives in, not the one who holds out!

4. BE AN INDIVIDUAL! Develop your own personality and characteristics with unique ideas; then surround yourself with friends who believe in your ideas. Do not give up!

5. BE OPTIMISTIC! Up with hope, down with dope and learn to cope. Set your goals high enough for you to reach. As you reach each goal, set another one. Dream the impossible dream and go for it!

6. BE COMMITTED! Do not give up your goals and dreams because people try to discourage you. Remember that rejection sometimes is protection from adverse situations.

7. BE IN LOVE! Learn to love yourself. In doing so, you will never do anything to harm yourself. Then show this same love to others.

8. BE AWARE! Do not hang around the wrong crowd or hang around places where its easy to become involved with drugs or alcohol.

9. BE A WINNER! You have all the makings of a winner. Losers are those who do not believe that they can be winners. Dope dealers and dopers are all losers, – for in the end, the road they are traveling leads to destruction.

10. BE “HIGH” Find something to get you “high,” such as (a) life; (b) yourself; (c) the challenge of learning; (d) making new discoveries about yourself; (e) helping others; or (f) performing (playing an instrument or singing).

11. BE CONCERNED! Be concerned that you keep communications open with your parents, teachers, ministers and others who might be interested in your welfare. Discuss your situation before it becomes a problem.

12. BELIEVE! Believe in yourself and in your God-given talents. Know that you can be whatever you desire to be. You can live your life receiving the fullest enjoyment of the good things in life.
